Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at tshirtenterprises@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 88 Eagle Street, Unit 1L Brooklyn New York 11222, United States.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

- Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, it will be processed within 3 business days. Please note that business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

- We utilize reputable shipping carriers to deliver your t-shirts safely and efficiently. The shipping method will depend on your location and the availability of our partner carriers.
- Standard shipping is our default option, which typically takes 3 to 7 business days for domestic orders and 14 to 21 business days for international orders. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and any unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Fees:
- Shipping fees will be calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and shipping destination of your order. The exact amount will be displayed during the checkout process.

Tracking Information:
- Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the carrier's website.
- Please note that it may take up to 5 business days for the tracking information to be updated after your order has been shipped.

International Shipping:
- For international orders, please be aware that additional customs fees, taxes, or duties may be imposed by the destination country. These charges are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information on any applicable fees.

Order Delays or Issues:
- While we strive to provide accurate and timely shipping, there may be instances where delays or issues occur that are beyond our control, such as natural disasters or carrier-related problems. In such cases, we will do our best to communicate with you and provide updates regarding your order.

Address Accuracy:
- It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address you provide during checkout is accurate and complete. We will not be held liable for any delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Order Changes or Cancellations:
- If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been shipped.
